To meet with customers in their homes and educate them on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment.
You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs.
This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems.
Pay Scale:
Base
Commission.
Targeted income in your first year is $75,000
Required
Qualifications:
Sales experience in HVAC or other home services is required Familiarity with HVAC and construction required Magnetic personality and communication skills Ability to work independently and self-manage Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities General sales skills and aptitude Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills Excellent communication skills Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel) Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass all required pre-employment screenings.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
